Inspired by the Earth Element in Chinese Medicine, this class focuses on emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and reconnecting with the steady rhythm beneath the surface of life. Through gentle holds, breathwork, and reflection, you’ll rediscover your own grounding and emotional balance.
